MIXING DIRECTION:

12 fl oz (355 ml). Blended Ice Drink:

Pour 5 fl oz (150 ml)of chilled coffee, milk or water into blender.
Add 1 Scoop or 50gm of BLENDIT Powder Mix
12 oz ( 155gm) of ice into blender.
Blend thoroughly until smooth.
Enjoy!
